Please remember that personal data is required in the context of our corporate work. Completely without personal data we are not in a position to fulfil your wishes, to guide you as a contractual partner or to provide you with information about our activities, products, services or our company. Which data we process in detail and for what purpose we use it depends on the services you use with us. Details for the purposes of our data processing can be found in the respective contract documents, forms, declarations of consent and other information provided to you in this context.   • Master data of customers (including potential customers), suppliers and service providers (including potential customers), data of applicants, training participants, other interested parties and other categories of persons associated with the aforementioned persons who may be involved within the scope of their respective affiliations (e.g. family members, employees of service providers and/or suppliers, etc.).
  • Contact data for the above categories of persons (addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.)
  • Movement data for the aforementioned categories of persons (interests, participation in events of all kinds, etc.)

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. “(“Google”). The use is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f. DSGVO. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website such as

  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
  • Host name of the accessing computer (IP address),

Data retention

We process and store your data only as long as necessary for our activities or as far as legal storage obligations (e.g. HGB, AO, etc.) prescribe this. As a rule, this means that the data will be retained for up to ten years after termination of the contractual relationship. If you are a person of contemporary history or public life, your personal data will be kept in the public interest in accordance with Art. 17 (3) d for an unlimited period.

You can assert your data protection rights against us under certain conditions

You have the right to receive information about your data stored by us in accordance with the rules of Art. 15 DS-GVO – possibly with restrictions.
If your data stored with us is not correct or incorrect, you can request it to be corrected in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO.
In accordance with Art. 17 DS-GMO, you may request that the personal data stored about you be deleted. However, this only as long as there is no other statutory provision to the contrary.
If the requirements of Art. 18 DSGVO are met, you may request that the processing of your data be restricted.
According to Art. 21 DS-GMO you have a right of objection in special circumstances. This means that you can object to the processing of your personal data after we have to stop processing your data.
Under certain circumstances, you have the right that we must make your personal data available to you under the conditions of Art. 20 DS-GMO.
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. From this point on, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purposes to which you object. The objection can be made informally.
